1. Wash your face even you tired:
Don't go a full day or night without washing your face because makeup and dirt out of your pores.

You should use fruits and vegetable in your diet properly.

You should take vitamins C and E which make your skin strong and maintain its elasticity.
4. Face Masks:
You don' need to buy expensive masks. You should use yogurt and honey for face.
5. Facials:
Facial has a great role to keep your skin looking young.
6. Exercise:
Regular Exercise is more important for our health.Its nourish the blood cells. 30-60 minutes walk is necessary in a day.
7. Water:
If you want to keep your skin hydrated then you should drink plenty of water at least 8-20 glasses of water in a day.
8.Night Cream:
Use a night cream which hydrate the skin and help to reduce patchy skin.
Body Lotion:
You should use body lotion for keep your body neat and clean from dust.
9. Sunscreen:
It is essential at any age.Never go out without it. It saves you from the harmful sun rays.
10. Be Healthy:
Save your health from bad habit as smoking and alcohol which makes you unhealthy.
